The device does the same as PADS but connects to the USB port of a printer.

The device can handle USB printers with or without internal HUB.
The USB controller is implemented in a Xilinx Spartan XL FPGA.
The controller is designed from scratch.
Various printers have their BULK pipes at various addresses, so the design uses the data card to set up the USB controller.
